Code of Conduct

1.   All playing members must be at the ground 1 hour prior to start of home games and 30

minutes prior to start of away games.   No excuses.

2.   Practices will start at 6pm.   Preference given on the basis of "first come - first served".  If

you're not batting you should be bowling or fielding - not standing around chatting.

  • 3. All players will help with the mat, boundaries, nets, water, etc. before and after each

 practice and game.

  • 4. All club members will help to clean and maintain the ground and clubhouse.

  • 5. All club members are responsible for the maintenance of club equipment and gear.

  • 6. Club equipment, gear and ground may only be used for club activities which are open to all

club members.   Otherwise written permission is required from the executive committee.

7.   Act professional on and off the field, with teammates, opponents, umpires, and everyone else.

8.   Support each other with positive comments and actions on the field.  We will win as a team or

      lose as a team.

9.   Do not instigate or retaliate to sledging.   Cricket is a gentleman's sport and we must be above

      such negative actions.

10.  It is your responsibility to inform the captains regarding your availability.  If you haven't

been contacted by the captains, you can call them.

11.  New members will not participate in practices or games until they have registered and paid

       all appropriate dues in full.

12.  Parents of juniors are responsible for transportation to and from practices and games.

Conflict with the above will result in disciplinary action by the executive committee and may result in suspension from the club and if necessary cancellation of games.

Just play cricket!
